In a tightly fought game at the Bridge against Wigan (ok maybe 8-0 wasn't that tightly fought) Chelsea brought home the Barclays Premier League title. In Italy and Spain it looks to be going down to the last week as well with both Roma & Inter both winning as well as Real and Barca doing the same.
